Independent Journalist Ralph L. Crowder III sits down with Sociology Professor Douglas Hartmann regarding his new book and his reflection on the Ghetto Basketball Association (GBA). In the mid to late 1990's the GBA set new ground as a pioneering approach for community and youth engagement.
