“The Lost Negroes of North America” Documentary Film Workshop Process Begins

During the month of February 2017, The Minnesota History Center presented the first public pre screening/discussion of “The Lost Negroes of North America.” This new and very timely contribution by Independent MultiMedia Journalist Ralph L. Crowder III seeks to have broad community engagement in the duration of time allotted to the films pre production process. Independent media journalist / filmmaker Ralph L. Crowder III, to preview rare and timely video footage captured in the Historic Black community (to include the famously desegregated Tilsenbilt Homes area) of South Minneapolis circa 1945-1955.  Dialogue with with community will assist in the shaping of the final film project “The Lost Negroes of North America.”
